How to EliminateFood Noise AfterBariatric Surgery

Without weekly shots, extreme dieting, or spending every night fighting yourself in the kitchen.

Jessica Lawson

This workshop is for the woman who...

Held it together all day at the office, made dinner, got the kids down, and is now standing in the pantry eating a bag of crackers she doesn’t remember opening
Isn’t hungry. Knows she’s not. But keeps opening the fridge like her brain is stuck on a loop
Wakes up every morning saying “today’s the day” and by 9pm she’s back on the couch wondering how she got here again
Lies in bed doing the math on how much weight she’s regained, whispering “Why is this still happening?”

You are not lazy.
You are not broken.
And your surgery did not fail.

There’s a reason this keeps happening. And it’s not what you think.

INSIDE THE WORKSHOP

What No One Told You After Surgery

Every bariatric workshop teaches you what to eat. This one teaches you why you eat.

01 Why food noise comes back after surgery, even when you’re hitting your protein goals and following your surgeon’s plan
02 The brain pattern behind the 9pm pantry spiral and why telling yourself “just don’t eat” has never once worked
03 The exact system 180+ bariatric women have used to quiet food noise, stop nighttime eating, and finally feel in control around food again
04 Why discipline was never the answer and what to do the next time food gets so loud you can’t think straight

Meet Your Host

Jessica Lawson

Jessica Lawson lost 140 pounds after bariatric surgery and thought she had finally solved the problem. Then her father passed away.

Within 30 days, she regained 15 pounds. The food noise, grazing, and nighttime eating all came roaring back.

That was when she realized the bariatric system is broken.

“Surgery changes your stomach. It does not change your brain.”

When regain starts, most women are handed revision surgery, another meal plan, another pill, or another injection without anyone addressing the real problem.

So Jessica became a Certified Nutrition Coach, created the Bariatric Brain Method, and built the system she wishes had existed after surgery: a brain-based approach for food noise, emotional eating, stress eating, and regain without injections or extreme dieting.

She lost every pound she regained and has now helped more than 180+ bariatric women stop regain, quiet food noise, end nighttime eating, and feel calm and in control around food again.
